I contacted PREMIUM technical support, they are spinning cotton wool and just wasting my time.

In general, your Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection has stopped working in Kazakhstan

I don't see any reference to Kazakhstan. The app says "Russia".

Their VPN is of disgusting quality.

+ it is blocked by Kaspersky itself in some countries.
