android kaspersky internet security, error "fingerprint operation canselled by user"

Hi . in android internet security , i have a problem with fingerprint applock . when i choose an app for locking and then want to open it with fingerprint , it occurs an error "fingerprint operation canselled by user" for no reason . please help me with this issue .

I had same issue in past. 

Please check your version mine is now 11.63.4.5293 without problem now.

Hi .thanks for answer . it is wierd…

I installed the app from play store and it's version is 11.54.60.39 and there is no update in play store for the app . 

May i ask how did you get the 11.64 version ?

I updating via Google play store always… 

Must be there new version…. You must open google play in upon left corner is menu and select my apps and games ….then google play will check new versions. 

I do always like this.

I just figured out now that i downloaded the wrong version …

because there is two versionsof this app in play store and now i downloaded the 11.63 version .
