Android 11, "Unable to update databases." Database update stops at 25%

I just installed Kaspersky to my Samsung of OS Android 11.

It brings an error "Unable to update databases." It says "Please Try again". But when I try is stops at 25%.

Any guidance?

The Support Centre suggested change of Internet connection from to even a hotshot and it worked.
