[Android 10] Unable to lock Google Pay

Hi There,

Just a quick query: my Kaspersky Applock locks all the apps EXCEPT for google pay. I tried restarting the phone. No luck.

 

Please help.

Sorry for the delay, our first attempt at replying was blocked😠

1. Make sure  KIS 11.54.X. or higher is installed?
2. Check Common issues  & select your phone (make), just to be sure none of the issues are relevant - note, there's also additional information, that’s not specific to App lock.
3. If KIS has just been installed, make sure it's according to the documentation & all permissions have been applied. 
4. If the phone has not been powered off after installing/updating GPay, please do so, power on, login, make sure KIS is running, recheck GPay? If the issue persists, log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, follow the template in image 2 as a guide. 

• Include as much information as possible, an AIDA64 report, images & or a video if it helps show the problem & the URL/link to this Community topic

 

• After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Please let us know the outcome when it’s available?
