(Android 10) I can't download anything from the web

I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security,  version 11.65.4.5349 and I cannot get any files to download from the web. I just installed KIS, so I'm not familiar with the settings.

Welcome!

  1. May we know the A10 manufacturer please?
  2. Does the A10 meet KIS Hardware and software requirements?
  3. When the KIS install & configuration were done, were all permissions granted? 
  4. Which browser has been selected for KIS, Internet? 
  5. When you attempt a download, are the any errors → please post full screen images, we need to see what you see please? 
  6. Since installing KIS, has the A10 been completely powered OFF & ON? 
  7. Is KIS Premium or Free?
