Amount deducted but failed renewal

My Kaspersky Internet Security expires in 5days. I paid renewal amount from  two different systems, one desktop at home on 02/12/2020 and one a laptop from workplace on 03/12/2020.  For each system an amount of Rs.849.15 was paid Total amount:Rs.1698.30

 

Amount got deducted from my account but error messages were displayed. SERVER ERROR

 

Please help me with this issues as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the Community cannot assist, if you made the purchases via a Kaspersky website, you must contact Kaspersky Technical Support, on the Contact page, select your location, then select from the options: Online chat (not available all locations), Phone (not available all locations), Submit a request → via your MyKaspersky account; if you purchased from a non Kaspersky merchant, you must contact the merchant direct.
