All our standard replies to emails Kaspersky Technical Support send us almost every day, have, as of today, started being rejected, on the Kaspersky end, as spam

Hello Kaspersky experts, @Igor Kurzin, Our *reply* emails (to Kaspersky) are standard reply emails, as of today, are being rejected, by the Kaspersky end, as spam; our emails are in the following format: 

Re: Kaspersky Technical Support - ID INC00001*

Dear X, 

Thank you for your email. 

blah, blah.

Regards. 


 

We  use web based email. 

The issue is happening irrespective of browser. 

OS 10.0.1904421.3(h). 

Rebooting, resetting KTS has not helped. 

------Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:Kaspersky Lab Support (customerservicesolution@kaspersky.com)Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Hey Flood, 

Got no reproduction on our end. 

Can you submit an incident and attach the email that you sent as your reply to the inc (which got bloked)?

We need the email saved as a file with extension .eml or .msg.

Please let me know the inc number.

I wouldn’t trust this company as far as I can spit…  Russian Oligarchs who practice in shady business…  Remove ASAP...
