All English forums grayed out

On trying to select forum at the following location, why are all forums in English grayed out?

As you can see from this topic, forums in English aren't grayed out on trying to select from here:

Hello @Andrew Dillon, Welcome.

The grayed out 'Forums' are a kind of intermediate directory where you have no write permissions.

By clicking on the '>' in front of the 'Forum' you can view and select the subforums contained therein.
A post in one of the grayed out sections would not be found because essential information (Home/Buiness, Type/Version of product) is missing.

If ppl won't realise this (I'm sure I'm not the 1st), it needs redesigning.

By the way, your pictures in the other thread are not visible. Is that related to this?
