Welcome. Have you tried un and re install Kaspersky Free? Update databases and reboot after re install. Any better? If still no go, please post your GetSystemInfo report link, instructions: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/3632 Please upload the GetSystemInfo zip folder that is inside the larger GSI zip to the GSI parser site http://www.getsysteminfo.com/ and post the url to the parsed report here, in your next post.

hey there! thanks for reply. Here is the report: https://www.getsysteminfo.com/report/0423bf189696b4846b68442c84a70dcb And I found that it only happen when I open a game call "mobile suit gundam online" this game name "機動戦士ガンダムオンライン - 1.0.0.5" in the report. when I start this game, the progress of Kaspersky Free cost 15-30% form cpu, until I close the game. Also I have tested with other games(e.g.FF14) and don't found the same issue.

Hey Kaiay, your problem could have to do with this one: https://securelist.com/elevation-of-privileges-in-namco-driver/83707/ In a nutshell: The manufacturer of your game has supplied drivers that appear to be a rootkit - but they are not. They actually belong to an anti-cheat mechanism. The manufacturer seems to have patched this, but maybe another piece of code of the same kind was delivered with the last update... In the Types of detected objects section, you can the specify types of objects to be detected by Kaspersky Free. In the Exclusions section, you can create a list of the objects that Kaspersky Free will ignore. What you also can do is to contact Kaspersky and report a false/positive or have the program further analyzed. You can do this either via VirusDesk (upload the game .exe) or contact the official support. You can also try to enable gaming mode:
  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Click the settings button in the lower part of the window.
  3. In the left part of the window, select the Performance section.
  4. Select the Use Gaming mode check box.
