After Kaspersky Server installation on Windows Server 2019, internet does not work.

Good afternoon everyone. Sorry about my English. In our company, we acquired "Kaspersky Small Office Security 6 - 5 PCs + 5 Mobile + 1 Server". First, I installed on two Windows 10 Pro notebooks and everything worked correctly. However, when I installed Kaspersky Server on Windows Server 2019, the internet stopped working on both Windows Server and notebooks. Our Windows Server 2019 distributes IPs and the Internet via NAT and other conventional functions. I tried to restart the server, change some settings, but to no avail. After uninstalling Kaspersky Server, everything is back to normal. I don't want to run out of antivirus on the server and I know the Kaspersky solution is ideal.
