After installing the program on the laptops on my network, the USB/Bluetooth mouse stopped working. I have already checked several things, such as Windows updates, registry keys, and drivers. The PC recognizes the mouse, but disables its use. Has anyone else had this problem?

Please provide version of operating system, do You have it completely up to date via Windows Update (check Optional updates also)?

 

Are You using a specific driver/tool for that mouse?
