.aeur ransomeware decypt

my laptop got .aeur extension for all files, kaspersky 2021 total security scan initiated. Any solution to remove the ransomware from my system and get back all data?  

 

Which decrypt tool will be useful for aeur virus.

Also, in a lot of cases files can't be decrypted without the private key that is only known by the attacker.
