Adobe Creative Cloud blocked by Firewall.

Hi, can any help me solve the problem of Kaspersky firewall blocking a legitimate program from loading up. Anytime i try to load Adobe Creative Cloud it just keeps saying check firewall and my computer time settings.

  1. Please provide OS version & build & Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS) version & patch(x) → refer to Read before you create a new topic!, as a guide? 
  2. In KIS Reports, are there any events that show any problems for Adobe Creative Cloud? If “yes”, post a full screen screenprint of the Report please? 
  3. Post full screen screen prints of alerts showing “check firewall” & “check computer time settings”?
