Administrator policies

Allen Bradley RSlinx installation says system administrator has set policies to prevent installtion. I am owner of the laptop and I have not set any policies , RSlinxs is communication software for Allen Bradley PLC (programmable logic controller) It used to work prior to installation of Kapersky, I suspect that kapersky is treating it as suspicious software?

I use this software for online teaching for RRC so it is important it works, any guidance would be appreciated.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
