Activation problems

Hi all, 

I got kaspersky total Security for 4 Pc's on my account.
It says that 1/4 pc's is connected
If i want to add a 2nd pc it says that i used my code to much and can not use it anymore?

Is this the error:

"You have exceeded the maximum number of activations allowed for the entered activation code" error? 

IF 'yes', please follow the information in the guide, if 'no', please post back with a screen-print of the actual error?

Yeah thats the error i will follow the guide thanks allot
