My last laptop died and I have reinstalled my kaspersky on my new computer however it is saying my activation period expired. How can I fix this as I have already paid for it once.

Please follow: Activation period has expired

If logging a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in Activation & license issues, Other template:

Support will need

  1. The original email used when the license was purchased.
  2. Activation code.
  3. If you have the confirmation email / Order number, from when KIS was purchased, please include that as well.

  • Form → Request Type ? → Select "Activation and license issues"
