Activation key damage

I purchased (Total Security) Package from a retail store. When I scratched the enclosed card to reveal the activation key, the digits of the activation code was scratched away with the covering material. So, I lost activation key. Is it possible to recover the activation key using other information printed on the card (e.g. bar code, QR code, serial number ...)?
