Hello friends i need some help , i installed kaspersky security cloud and i already have a license key but when i install kaspersky security cloud is shows “key is blocked”.

how i solved this problem?

Welcome!

  • Unfortunately, the Community cannot assist with  “Key is blocked” error.
  • Please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, on the Support page, select your location, select Application use, select from options: Online Chat (not available all locations), Phone (not available all locations), & or Submit a request → via your MyKaspersky account; the support team will need:
  • Place and date of purchase
  • Activation code or license key
  • License owner information
