I have Kaspersky on my laptop I purchased 1 year for three devices and have around 250 days remaining my wife’s laptop had not been used for a while and when we powered up the support for windows 7 had stopped so we tried to load windows 10 this would only work after uninstalling several programmes one of which was Kaspersky, we now have windows 10 but when I retype our activation code it says it has already been used on this laptop but is not in the programmes anywhere or showing on the desktop, need some guidance how to resolve this please
