After reinstalling Windows and Kaspersky total, I encountered this message

The Kaspersky Community cannot assist, please follow the guide, contact Kaspersky Support, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select Email & fill in: Activation and license issues, Exceeded the limit of activations template.

You'll receive an automated email with an INC reference number & then, a Kaspersky support person will contact you, it may take some days, please patiently wait for them to do so.

I bought a Kaspersky license through the internet in Costa Rica on April 2022, but I moved to the US last week, and I had a problem with my computer then I had to restore it, and I'm trying to install Kaspersky again but is not possible.
I need to install Kaspersky again on my device because the license is not expired yet.

Can you help me?
