My cousin claims she paid for a 3 year subscription to Kaspersky Internet Security on her Windows 10 computer. She got an email back from whoever it is that processes Kaspersky's online purchasing payments confirming the payment. Problem is she never received any activation code back from Kaspersky. She really needs to speak to a real person to try and figure out what went wrong here and correct the situation. Perhaps she could get the activation code resent to her current email address that is on file with Kaspersky. Is there a phone number where she can contact someone to try and get this resolved. Even an email address for technical assistance might help. I appreciate any assistance anyone can offer to help resolve this situation. I was a little shocked by how poor Kaspersky's support services were!
