Have a kaspersky advanced protection for three devices. Got it in January, but only using it now. Go to put in the activation code on my phone and it says it is invalid. No one used it and the activation card says use by 2023, so it is still in date and should be usuable. Why doesn't it work? It should work right? But i can't find help anywhere; a bot suggested me to go to here after it couldn't pinpoint the problem. Is there an actual number for customer care where I can talk to a Kaspersky staff member to help me sort this?
