Account region is US but moved to Canada

Hello I previously lived in the US, but recently moved to Vancouver, and noticed that I can't  use Kaspersky Anti-Virus anymore, due to it being banned in the US. I was wondering if there is any way I can change the region that  my account is.

  1. Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*, include the email address (you) use for (your) MyKaspersky account & the Kaspersky Total Security Activation code.
  • *Also - IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
