Access to Router Admin Page is blocked.

I have  KaperskyTotal Security.

As of today i cannot access my router home page http://192.168.100.1/   

 

Your Internet access is blocked

Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking firewall and antivirus configurations
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED

 

 

Is it likely that Kaspersky is causing this? If so, how do I resolve it?
