Access denied to a page on our website?

A customer of ours that uses kaspersky internet security is unable to access a page on our website 

Here is the page:

I tried running a report on it in your "web address analysis" and couldn't see any issues.

Here is a screenshot of what the customer is seeing:

The opentip & VT links are still on this page as this is being typed - selecting *either* of those exposes a Kaspersky customer's - or their customer's - *private information*🤔

That site has a security big problem, because it should not allow to show personal info to users that are not logged 🙄🤦‍♂️
