Hi,

I completely uninstalled Adobe programs. However, I see the programs I deleted in the "application network channels" section, I think they are remnants. How can I access and delete these remnants?

Thank you!

Go to Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications -> Clean Up, and re-check.

I couldn't access them, can you send me a screenshot?

Yes I understand, is it possible to delete programs from this panel?

Yes, but that will only remove the AC rule, not the program if still in Your Windows.

I deleted all Adobe folders from C drive. But the programs and file locations appear here again. Were the files and folders not deleted?

Are you sure those files are actually removed? Did You click over Clean up?

Yes, programs and files are not visible anywhere on the computer. I did many operations to clean the remains. I was surprised when I saw it in Kaspersky panel.

Hello @klik

Also, in the Kaspersky application, cleaning up & removing applications from the Application Control -> Manage Applications doesn't remove those from the computer - but if there's residual applications in Application Control -> Manage Applications, select the application(s), right click, select Remove from the list; select Confirm, to confirm the action:                                                                                 image.thumb.png.4d5c16cc0a5f780093f3713a3a814915.png                                                                                  - when you've manually removed *all* applications that (you) wish to - run a Database update - allow it to complete & then shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, power ON by pressing the power button, login, check KIS,  Application Control -> Manage Applications - are all applications gone?

Thank you🙏
