Quick question. Would multiple OS on one PC counted as a single device? For example, for bootcamp users on a mac based computer.

Hello @Gyu,

Welcome

From Kaspersky Lab Technical expert’s previous advice (they’ve shared with me), each operating system is regarded as separate, meaning, multiple operating systems, requires multiple licenses. Therefore, if the KTS license is a single device license, it will only cover one device.

  • You may wish to confirm with Kaspersky Technical Support, they will require (Mac) Logs, & or (Windows)  GSI & Windows Report,  images and they may request Traces, captured as the issue is replicated. If Traces are required the Support Team will provide the correct steps to capture the Logs.
  • After logging the request, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference #, then, normally within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will contact you, also by email; you can continue to communicate with them via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

Please let us know what they say?

Thank you🙏

@Gyu Also, the EULA from a Kaspersky product  considers 2 Operating Systems on a dual boot PC as 2 computers.
