A virus that is coming from chrome.exe

Hello! So, my brother was trying to watch a movie from a foreign website on my laptop. The next day I noticed some strange reports from Kaspersky about some adware. Should I be worried?

There is no need to be worried, Kaspersky blocked the JS object before it reached your Browser. Before taking any action , can you please proceed with a full scan.

I did a full scan in and out of safe mode and it detected nothing

I also uninstalled chrome and installed Firefox because I heard it's safer
