A Mistake in the email

I am submitting this request to change or correct the email address associated with my Kaspersky account. This was due to an error when I entered the email address during the installation of the program and entered the activation code.

This is the correct email address:
*****@*****.tld
This is the incorrect email address:
*****@*****.tld

• To protect (your) privacy & security, the email addresses (you've) posted are automatically hidden by the Community-Forum filter. 

IF (your) MyKaspersky account is accessible, the email address can be changed:

1. In the top-right-hard-corner, on the left of the bell-icon, select the drop-down-icon.
2. Select manage (your) account.
3. In Account settings, select Email address.
4. Enter a new email address & password. 
5. Select Save. 

IF (your) email address is inaccessible, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown, even tho (you) have not forgotten the password, select this template & explain the *history* in the problem details || Please select (your) Kaspersky application from the drop-down list available (A)
*Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
