3rd device can not be added in my free subscription

Hi, I have a free subscription. Currently I see in my account profile 2 devices activated.

When I try to add my third device I won't be allowed to use my subscription.

I can read in my profile that three devices are allowed with the free subscription, but, in my case I can only add two devices.

Any idea that could help me add my new device?  Thanks

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

 

Check in My Kaspersky -> Devices, the devices linked, if still connected, just disconnect and re-link again.

 

But maybe can be also because Kaspersky has just “deprecated” Kaspersky Free product, still the installed products will continue working, but installers are no longer available.

A Kaspesky Free subscription cannot include more than two devices.
To activate Kaspersky Free on a third device, you must use a different account.

Thanks the responses,

I only have 2 linked devices in My Kaspersky, but I can not link another one.

I asked the support team, but they did not give me a solution, just invited me to ask in this forum.

Maybe the reason is what you point out about Kaspersky Free being deprecated.

Or maybe only 2 dives are allowed as Andrew75 says.

Apparently you had a license for Kaspersky Security Cloud Free. It did include three devices.
This product no longer exists. That's probably why the restrictions have changed.

@diff There may be 3 devices if the subscription was activated a long time ago with KSC Free.

Yes, that´s my case, but it seams they applied the new restriction to 2 devices.

Is there a way I can go back to Kaspersky Security Cloud package?

No, it no longer exists.
To activate a third device, you need to create a new account.
