24 x 7 Kaspersky Technical Support: 'Live chat, phone support' availability confusion

For our region, the Support page shows Phone & Live Chat available 24 x 7, however, the Live Chat window shows: Technical support available as business hours

 

 

 

Why is it so?

Thank you for bringing this up. Chat support is in fact 24/7. I contacted the corresponding team and they claim to have fixed the information on the site. Can you please check?

Thank you for following up & action👍  

I would absolutely check, however, the only time to do so is when / if Online Chat is actually offline/down, that’s when the “availability” banner shows🤔 

If there’s an outage scheduled, I’m happy to verify at that time, let me know please?
