24 days remaining before renewal. Renewed the license. Now I have 390 days. I want 414 days.

Hello!

Describing situation:
1. 24 days remaining before renewal.
2. Got an email that automatic renewal failed.
3. Renewed the license.
4. 24 remaining days are gone swapped with 390 days.
WHERE ARE MY REMAINING 24 DAYS?!

I want my 24 days back. So make it 414 days!!!

Unfortunately I can not see your problem.
The new license is for 366 days
remaining old license 24 days

366+24=390
