1. Auto renewed when selected to not. 2. Message: Subscription expired.

I am sick and tired of Kaspersky.

Firstly you auto-renewed my subscription when I specifically signed NO AUTO RENEWAL!  That being said I let it go and still have about ½ year left on this subscription but I have reconnected my computer from storage and I am given the message “subscription expired” - buy another subscription!!! Kaspersky, please read my lips and GO TO HELL! and don’t you dare try auto-renewing my subscription again because I am done with you for ever. Take the 6 months left of the subscription I have paid for and shove it where the sun don’t shine.

I can understand your frustration, something seems to have gone wrong.

Unfortunately we can't help with license issues.
Please contact the support. I am sure they will find a satisfactory solution.

I bought a 2 year subscription from Kaspersky  on 15th January 2020  for 3 users which is due to expire 14 January 2022. Now Kaspersky informs me that I only have 14 days left to renew how is this possible.  Whom do I contact and how to rectify this problem please.

On the Support page, select your location, then scroll down & select Application use or Product help → check if Online Chat or Phone is available in your region, if not, create a request in your MyKaspersky account
