我分别设置了2中情况，但是设置以后，远程还都可以正常访问

 

设置方法1，设置后还可以正常远程3389访问

设置方法2，设置后还可以正常远程3389访问

请问您创建规则后，有没有把您建的规则上移到规则列表最上方，规则列表是 越靠上优先级越高
