После обновления на последнею версию (21.2.16.590(b), win10 20h2), при каждом включении ПК стало появляться это сообщение (ранее не было).

В хроме оно включено и активировано.

Здравствуйте, @Black Dragon ,
Какая версия Kaspersky Protection у вас установлена в браузере? Может у вас осталась версия для 2020 версии, а программа просит установить и активировать для 2021 версии.
Там в центре уведомления Kaspersky Security Cloud должна быть возможность игнорировать, попробуйте нажать.

Должно быть исправлено в MR3 версии продукта (выход продукта ~февраль).
