Почему антивирус Kaspersky Free такой глупый?

Имеется файл   в нем Kaspersky Free находит даже не вирус, даже сам пишет - не вирус, а    not-a-virus:UDS:RiskTool.MSIL.WinTweaker.gen

 

Добавил в исключения, все равно выскакивает сообщение что с ним делать? Нажимаю и добавить в доверенные, и игнорировать.

И опять в 25-й раз спрашивает что с ним делать ?
