После попытки скачать и установить драйвера перестал открываться Касперский

Здравствуйте. Компьютер на Windows 7 профессиональный. После попытки обновить драйвера на дисковод Касперский перестал открываться. Мало того, что выдаёт информацию о том, что последнее обновление было аж 2018! Сейчас 2020. Всегда продлевали и пользовались на двух устройствах. На компьютере и я на ноутбуке. Скажите, если переустановить программу, останется ли активно продление? Что можно сделать?

Да, вы можете переустановить программу Kaspersky Internet Security:
1. Удалите старую версию: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/uninstall/12783#block2
2. Перезагрузите компьютер.
3. Скачайте и установите новую версию https://support.kaspersky.ru/14982#block1
