Обновление баз

Столкнулся с проблемой, что не получается обновить базы до актуальной версии. Пробовал обновить агент, также обновлял с лабораторий касперского и с локального сервера, согласно данной ссылке

Проблема не решилась. Подскажите пожалуйста какие еще есть варианты?

Добрый день.

Судя по дате баз у вас на источнике откуда KES качает обновления лежат старые АВ базы.
