Не устанавливается KIS 2020 [moved]

Приветствую, нужна помощь - не устанавливается KIS 2020, в начале установки ошибка. Пробовал чистится kavremvr в безопасном режиме - не помогло. Лог прилагаю

По вашему отчету очень много ошибок системы. Обновите Windows 10 до версии 1909. Для этого скачайте Windows 10 Update Assistant . Запустите инструмент и, следуя инструкциям на экране, выполните обновление до последней версии Windows 10.

Потом попробуйте установить  Kaspersky Internet Security 2020.
