Не устанавливается Adobe Acrobat Reader при включенном Веб контроле

Добрый день!

При установки Acrobat Reader скаченного с официального сайта выходит ошибка: “Ошибка инициализации приложения”. В логах по веб контролю нет ничего запрещающего. 

При отключении Веб контроля установка приложения происходит без ошибки.

Сервер: KSC 11, клиент: KES 11.1.1.126, Windows 10 1909. Базы обновлены на 10.12.2019.
