Не привязывается аккаунт на macOS к профилю в Safe kids

При попытке привязать аккаунт ребенка в SAFE KIDS к аккаунту ребенка в MAC OS программа SAFE KIDS сообщает что нет связи с сервером.

Сталкивался кто-нибудь? Как решали? Обидно что приобрел ПО и оно не работает.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
