Не повредит ли системе удаление таких файлов?

При проверке были найдены вирусы и отправлены на карантин. Можно ли их все удалить без вреда для системы Виндовз?

Они уже удалены, и если система продолжает нормально работать то вреда это ей не принесло.

Если эти файлы вам совсем не нужны то вы можете очистить карантин.
