Контроль устройств в KSC 10 на WinServer 2003

Здравствуйте. Столкнулся с проблемой. Нет возможности создать политику для KES 10 SP2 (только для sp1) на WinServer 2003. KSC требует плагин для управления. Однако плагин не становится. На одном из форумов читал, что этот плагин не становится на данную винду. Пока что нет возможности переносить на другой сервер. Есть какие-либо варианты использовать контроль устройств?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
