Дак не решен вопрос, я уже искал в этих интернет ресурсах и нет там информации об конкретно этой штуки

Если нет инструмента на указанных ресурсах, то помочь ничем не сможем сейчас.

@Dzenia, публично доступных дешифраторов нет.

Если у вас есть коммерческая лицензия на любой продукт Касперского, то можете обратиться в техподдержку. Возможно там вам смогут чем-то помочь.
