Ребенок обходит блокировку. Заходит в телегу и проводит там все время. Можно ли вернуть деньги за подписку. ТП советовала все переустановить. Ничего не помогло

сообщить в ТП результаты переустановки и продолжить с ними диалог, поиска решения проблемы
или вернуть деньги, если решение не найдено, но они в праве в этом отказать, если при покупке об этой возможности не сообщалось.

Мне кажется такая общая методика решения конфликтов и разногласий, всегда и везде.
