IMPORTANT! Carefully review the provisions described in this agreement before using the Kaspersky Support Forum.
The use of the Kaspersky Support Forum constitutes your unconditional agreement with these Terms of Use. AO Kaspersky Lab (hereinafter “Kaspersky Lab”, the “Rightholder”) reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time and in its own discretion, to amend these Terms of Use or modify the Kaspersky Support Forum or any of its features. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to all the Terms of Use of the Kaspersky Support Forum, you should not use the Kaspersky Support Forum.
Intellectual property rights
Kaspersky Lab is the owner of all rights to the Kaspersky Support Forum, including both exclusive rights and other applicable types of rights. Kaspersky Lab has all necessary rights, including intellectual property rights, and licenses to publish materials and information on the Kaspersky Support Forum, including but not limited to textual, graphic, photographic, video, and audio materials and software, regardless of type (hereinafter collectively “Content”). This agreement does not give you any rights to use intellectual property, including the trademarks and service marks of the Rightholder, except the rights granted to you by the Rightholder.
General terms
- Kaspersky Lab grants you the right to use the Kaspersky Support Forum and view its Content, subject to compliance by you with all restrictions and Terms of Use of the Kaspersky Support Forum. Any distribution, publication, or reproduction of the Kaspersky Support Forum Content not expressly described in these Terms of Use without separate written consent of the Content rightholder or authorized person is prohibited, except in cases provided by law.
- Kaspersky Lab is not liable for risks associated with your use of the Kaspersky Support Forum, specifically risks associated with technical limitations in the operation of the Kaspersky Support Forum, software errors in the Kaspersky Support Forum, or possible inaccessibility of the Kaspersky Support Forum.
- By uploading objects (including images, logs, etc.) on the Kaspersky Support Forum, you confirm that such objects do not contain personal data or confidential information. If you are certain or suspect that the data to be provided by you may contain personal data or confidential information, you should not send the data publicly.
- By uploading objects ((including images, logs, etc.)) on the Kaspersky Support Forum, you acknowledge and agree that you are the lawful owner or authorized person of the data to be provided by you, you are not infringing the rights of third parties, and you have the right to send the data for the purposes specified above.
- The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Kaspersky Lab. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to report this to us directly, using the "report"-feature found under every post. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
- Kaspersky Lab has the right to delete, edit, block, and/or monitor the uploaded objects or accounts containing Content that violate these Terms of Use.
By accepting these terms
- you agree, through your use of this service, that you don’t not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law;
- you agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by the Kaspersky Lab;
- you agree to specify valid e-mail in order to use the Kaspersky Support Forum and have access to all of its functions. It used to create a personal account and to provide you the Kaspersky Support Forum services, unless you expressly opt into processing or use for other purposes (for example to receive Kaspersky Support Forum notifications via email);
- you agree not to post spam or off-topic messages, links to any third-party anti-malware solutions and websites;
- you agree not to post malicious objects or links to malicious websites;
- you agree not to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Kaspersky Support Forum or any related system or network, or violate any safety measures or verification checks used in connection with the Kaspersky Support Forum and such systems and networks;
- you agree not to decode, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used in the provision of the Kaspersky Support Forum functions and services.
Data transfer to Kaspersky Lab is done via a secure channel. The information provided is protected by the Rightholder in accordance with legal requirements (for more detail, see the “Privacy Policy”).
Technical support of the Kaspersky Forum
Technical issues or ideas for improvement of the Kaspersky Support Forum can be sent to administration by a special contact form.
Limitation of liability
THE CONTENT OF THIS KASPERSKY SUPPORT FORUM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS (WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, COMMERCIAL QUALITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE RIGHTHOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR HARM ARISING OR IN ANY WAY ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE CONTENT ON THE KASPERSKY SUPPORT FORUM.
Applicable law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
