  1. I can't find the window to authorize the change -> on the remote computer However, I'll need the client on the remote to make this change... Providing they'll know how to. Is there a reason Kaspersky does not use the normal window for changing settings?
  2. When I use software such as Team Viewer or Anydesk, and I want to change a setting in Kaspersky Cloud Free, I can't find the window to authorize the change. I can see any such window of MS Windows to authorize any changes to the system. But Kaspersky's is always hidden. Please make it visible for Remote Support apps. Thanks, yw71
