Hi,
- I have managed to force quit
- I am not sure what version it is but I have downloaded it from the downloads centre in My Kaspersky so I believe its the latest version. How can I check this?

It is still stuck on this screen and wont let me delete the application and reinstall as it says it is locked.
Your help is much appreciated.

Hi,
I have tried to install the internet security package on my Imac and it will not load the kernal extension. I cant delete and reinstall the application and have tried to restart but it will not bypass this screen. I am on OS Catalina 10.15.6

Hi,
Yes, I uninstalled using the wizard then reinstalled and it installed fully the second time.
