1. Kaspersky Protection extension version 20/30.390.42.1 is the wrong version for KIS 21.3.10.391(b). 
2. Version 1.6.9.0 updated 18 May 2021 is required. 
3. Uninstall 20/30.390.42.1.
4. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not restart, power on, login.
5. Using the documented procedure, How to install the extension in Edge based on Chromium, install 1.6.9.0 from the Chrome web store.

1. Which Kaspersky application version & patch(x), is installed → on Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About?
