  1. Yes, I should do that from now. Thanks again for the amazing advice, Flood and Flood's wife! Not really, I do not suspect that the issue may be due to Kaspersky. I have been a Kaspersky client for more than 8 years and never had any serious issues or problems with the software so far. Thanks again for the follow-up guys. Take care and see you around the forum!
  2. My bad Berny, I should have checked the guidelines before posting, but thanks for pointing it out, will have it present from now on. 1. Windows 10 Home - Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1806). 2. Kaspersky Total Security 21.3.10.391(i). Kaspersky seems to be working without any issues. 3. Sadly I do not fully remember the name, but it had "NET" somewhere in the username. Was an admin account protected with password. 4. I see. Thank you, I was quite unsure what was it because I never encountered this feature before. 5. Haven't done it yet but will reach them for assistance regarding the system crashes. Thank you sincerely for the links, the information provided and the advice Flood and Flood's wife. I am assuming the main problem must be software related instead of an intrusion, but I feared the worst when I saw an user I did not create and the turning on of the App execution aliases when I turned them off. Thank you both for your time!
  3. OS: Windows 10 Home A few days ago, I realised there was a user on my computer with admin rights. I was able to eliminate it with everything included. Afterwards, my computer seemed to behave properly. but there were minor issues and I did not take much thought into it. After a sudden crash with an application I checked my installed apps to see if everything was alright and I realised there was an "app execution alias" section that I never realised was there. Strangely enough all 4 of these apps, that I did not install nor created those execution aliases for, were turned on, I disabled them and after a few minutes, they were all 4 turned on again. After 1 hour, they seem to still be turned off. Any explanation, advice or interest regarding this issue would be highly appreciated. Thank you kindly for your time
